Ingredient
1. Prawns 200 g.
2. Mushroom 1/2 cup
3. Lime 4 tablespoons
4. Lemon Grass 3 ea.
5. Galangal 3 ea.
6. Chili 5 ea.
7. Milk 5 tablespoon
8. Roasted Chili Paste 2 tablespoon
9. Krffir Lime Leaves 1/2 cup
10. Coriander Leaves 1 tablespoon
Recipe
1. Pour water inyo a pot and then boil water until begins to boil.
2. Add Lemon Grass,Galangal and Kriffir Lime Leaves into a pot.
3. Add Prawns and Mushroom and leave to cook
4. Add Sauce Fish,Milk,Roasted Chili Paste and squeez Lime, spoon stir until mixed.
5. Sprinkle Conrianaer Leaves and Chili.
6. Pour the Tom-Yum-Kung into the bowl and serve.
