I have stayed in London for almost 2 month. First time I felt good when I have tried British food such as Fish&Chip,Pie, but I think Thai food is better than British food. Bangkok have a lot of problem in traffic jam, because public transportation isn't as good as in London. More over the pice of car in my country is more expensive than the UK. The weather in Bangkok always sunny that it's hotter than London. However Thailand beach is the most beautiful in the world.

Recipe - TomYumKung

Tom-Yum-kung is Thai Cuisine. It is the famous Thai soup. The tastes is sour,hot and spicy,as well as, It is the best tasty soup. Let's try it.!!

Ingredient

1. Prawns 200 g.

2. Mushroom 1/2 cup

3. Lime 4 tablespoons

4. Lemon Grass 3 ea.

5. Galangal 3 ea.

6. Chili 5 ea.

7. Milk 5 tablespoon

8. Roasted Chili Paste 2 tablespoon

9. Krffir Lime Leaves 1/2 cup

10. Coriander Leaves 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. Pour water inyo a pot and then boil water until begins to boil.

2. Add Lemon Grass,Galangal and Kriffir Lime Leaves into a pot.

3. Add Prawns and Mushroom and leave to cook

4. Add Sauce Fish,Milk,Roasted Chili Paste and squeez Lime, spoon stir until mixed.

5. Sprinkle Conrianaer Leaves and Chili.

6. Pour the Tom-Yum-Kung into the bowl and serve.

7. Enjoy eating. !!

My favorite part of weekend

My favorite part of weekend is Saturday. First I always get up early in the morning and then go to the train station to go to Bicester Village. There are a lot of shops and I spend time all day. I love shopping there. I sometimes go shopping at Centre London such as Oxford Street and Covent Garden when I don't have time. Then I go to Tesco to buy some food ,because I always cook for dinner. I like Saturday.
